-
Your Legacy Stone can be placed somewhere that holds special meaning for you and your family, such as a garden, a favourite spot at home, or another place connected to your memories. If you’re considering placing it in a cemetery, crematorium or public space, please check with the landowner or organisation responsible first. We recommend placing your stone somewhere the QR code remains easy to access and scan.
-
Yes. Legacy Stones are designed with outdoor placement in mind and can be enjoyed in gardens and other suitable outdoor spaces. Like any natural product kept outside, some weathering may occur over time. We recommend gently cleaning your stone occasionally and keeping the QR code clear. Avoid harsh chemicals or abrasive cleaning products.

On most modern smartphones and tablets, open your camera, point it at the QR code and tap the link that appears. If your Android camera doesn’t recognise the code, try a QR reader such as QRbot. Make sure the code is clean and there is enough light. If you’re still having trouble, contact us and we’ll help.

We only collect the information we need to create and manage your tribute and order, and we handle it in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Yes. Contact us if you would like your tribute page taken down. Once removed, it will no longer be accessible through the QR code or direct link. If you would like a copy of your tribute content first, please let us know.

Your tribute page is separate from the physical stone, so its photographs, memories and other content remain online. Contact us and we’ll help you continue accessing and sharing it. If you would like a replacement stone, we’ll explain the available options and costs before anything goes ahead.
-
Each Legacy Stone is personalised and created especially for you. Once we have everything we need, we’ll create your tribute page and prepare your stone. We’ll keep you updated and let you know when it has been dispatched. As every stone is bespoke, delivery times can vary. We won’t rush something this important.
-
Yes. We’ll send you a preview link to check before we finalise your order. Take your time and let us know if anything needs changing. Once you’re happy and have approved your tribute, we’ll finalise your Legacy Stone.
-
Legacy Stones tribute pages are designed with the long term in mind. We want families to feel confident that their stories and memories won’t simply disappear. If we ever make significant changes to how our service operates, we’ll provide clear information and guidance to customers.
-
Contact us if you have difficulty scanning the QR code. We can check that the tribute page and link work and help determine the best solution. Because the page exists separately from the stone, a damaged code does not mean your photographs, memories or tribute content have been lost.
