Rose Martin
23rd September 1939 - 15th June 2023
Adored wife, mum, nan and great nan Rose Martin (official name Beatrice but please don't let her know we told you!) sadly passed away on 15th June 2023 surrounded by her loving family at St Peters Hospital in Chertsey.
Anyone who knew Rose will know she had a unrivalled fondness for a cup of tea - anything could be fixed through a cuppa and a chat! Above all she treasured her children (grandchildren and great grandchildren) and would do absolutely anything for them. She was comparable to a lioness and her cubs, nothing (and I mean nothing) would come between her and her children... her loyalty and commitment to this effect was legendary! We will be eternally grateful for everything you did for us.
She will be greatly missed by all her family - sons (Lewin & Stevie), daughter (Mary), grandchildren (Lena, Sarah & Jake) and great grandchildren (Callum, Max & Louie) and her wider family and friends.
She sacrifices without a second thought,
For her children's dreams, she has fought.
Through sleepless nights and endless toil,
Her love and sacrifice, forever loyal.
Oh, greatest mum, a treasure untold,
A love so pure, more precious than gold.
Her love is unconditional, a never-ending song,
A melody that echoes eternally strong.
She's a fortress, a castle strong,
A guardian angel when things go wrong.
Through life's challenges, she's our shield,
A love so fierce, it will never yield.
For in her presence, we find pure bliss,
The greatest mum, we will always miss.
